Yes! We deliver to all states and territories across Australia — including metro and regional areas. From Perth to Sydney, Darwin to Hobart, we've got you covered.

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro areas in Queensland and NSW are typically on the faster end. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We regularly run free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current offers.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order online using your order number and email, or sign in and visit Order History.

Orders, Returns & Refunds

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or expired products. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. See our Freshness Guarantee page for the full process.

We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days via email or phone with your order number and a photo. We'll dispatch the correct item immediately and arrange collection of the wrong one.

Orders can be modified or cancelled if they haven't been dispatched yet. Please call us as soon as possible on 07 3158 3044 — we process orders quickly so the sooner you contact us, the better.

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
